Fox was extremely careful and there wasn't a single shot of looking out at the crowd. The crowd must be very small. Pretty sure he just likes doing it since I believe he did some original music for the Twisted Insurrection and Mental Omega mods for RA2. I still blast all the old C&C OSTs when I’m playing any RTS to this day.
