Since our front page has about a 60% parity with theirs (don’t think I didn’t notice!) it may be good to offer some life rafts.
On the other hand, there is a lot of reddit brain over there. A lot would flip out over no downvotes or not being allowed to say certain slurs.
how do they keep track of hardware bans?
I don’t fuckin know, gotta be mobile device HW IDs and MAC addresses or something.
All I know is I got permbanned like 10 years ago for getting drunk one night and reporting every post in a fash sub (circlejerkaustralia), which went to the admins and got me banned for report abuse. Every single account I’ve ever made since has been permbanned within 2 weeks for evasion. Completely different burner emails, phone on wifi, phone off wifi, work laptop while actually in the office - doesn’t matter, all get banned some time between 1 hour and 2 weeks after creation.
Use mullvad browser with a vpn, they’re identifying you off of known browser fingerprints.
I think cache data
