September 24, 2025: Dallas ICE facility shooting leaves 1 detainee dead and 2 more injured, officials say | CNN

One detainee is dead and two more are in critical condition following a shooting at a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office in Dallas, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

I thought NYPD and LAPD used them extensively, so why wouldn’t ICE.

I’m not a lawyer but ICE isn’t law enforcement. But I assume next year (or maybe this year?) GOP SCOTUS will rule that ICE are basically cops.
