I’m not a lawyer but ICE isn’t law enforcement. But I assume next year (or maybe this year?) GOP SCOTUS will rule that ICE are basically cops.

From the snippet I gathered off the air they shot into a van that was transporting prisoners? I think? So either this is the worst anti-ice shooter in history ooorrrr y’know they staged this and did some violence to immigrants as a nice perk.

While the investigation is ongoing, an initial review of the evidence shows an idealogical motive behind this attack (see photo below). One of the unspent shell casings recovered was engraved with the phrase “ANTI ICE.” More updates will be forthcoming.
The only “idealogical motive” here rests with the pig that pulled out his BIC to “engrave” the words “ANTI-ICE” on the side of one of these rounds. You would think they would be at least as creative as the last two! I guess it’s difficult to come up with something good under pressure before you have to put the round into an evidence bag.
