Reuters spoke with five private eyes, who all said their fraudulent sick leave business was booming - so much so that some agencies have ditched traditional gigs like extra-marital affairs to focus solely on employees suspected of skipping work.
The US is basically a comical wild west, so not a great reference for whats legal.
Right. I’m not using the US as a reference point, just making s statement.
The assumption would be based off of the information provided in the post.
You may note that it mentions the government relying on private investigators.
Additionally this has been investigated privately for at least 4 years.
