Why’s the video only in slow motion? Tells us very little. First show full speed, then slow motion, then full speed again (you fucks).

I didn’t get any sleep last night so it might just be my wonky brain but isn’t “at 140x the force of gravity” an incredibly weird and wrong way to say it? They’re talking about G forces, which are specific to earth gravity, so its 140Gs. “140 times the force of gravity” means nothing, it’s like saying “it’s 100 times heavier than mass”.

How the fuck does evolution begin to explain the process of spiders various techniques.

    Some of them make sense.

    Trapdoor spiders.

    Tarantula.

    Huntsman.

Then you got spiders which position themselves on a branch above their target, and slip down a rope Mission Impossible style.

Other spiders curl up into a ball and let the wind carry them to safety if something goes wrong.

    And now this shit.

Fuck yeah another awesome Australian spider!

Those green ants are tasty too, you can eat the abdomen for a nice citrusy snack.
