“The cult that were kicked out of both the PRC and ROC has a 96% approval of Musk”
This is really not as prestigious as he thinks.
Wait it’s banned in the ROC? LMAO chud cults can’t even stay in fascist central
Edit: looks like they’re not, makes sense, Falun gong have the full backing of the USA
That’s too fascist for them, probably.
That was my bad, I was conflating something my Taiwanese brother-in-law said about how they largely left Taiwan in the 90’s. I assumed a crackdown but upon further reading, if was simply better to relocate to the US for funding
No problem, comrade
Couldn’t find anything about them being banned by the ROC, you have a source?
Yeah, me neither, if anything I found lots of articles on them in Taiwan-based media, including one about a gathering of thousands of members from just a couple of months ago.

I wonder how much money he gave epoch times for this.
Obviously Elon hasn’t innovated anything because he does no work. But has SpaceX actually innovated anything? I was kinda under the assumption that they were reinventing the wheel and hadn’t done anything the USSR/Nasa hadn’t already done.
Reusable rockets have made the cost of launching rockets very cheap, to the point where it’s feasible to launch new satellites every week if not every other day.
They’ve also gotten the Raptor engines to (mostly) work, which is a full flow staged combustion engine that is more efficient than their Soviet counterparts built… 40 years ago.
Obviously none of the concepts is new, but they’re ahead of everyone else at this time.

Incremental progress while an awful political message is pretty significant in technical fields
