I love space stuff, but I don’t feel that this article fits the theme of futurology. It is missing a human or societal aspect to it.
If it were an article about focused on how humans might travel, live, and work in space, I think that would fit the futurology theme, but just a scientific discovery on its own (however cool) doesn’t quite fit the futurology theme.
Why is this in Futurology?
You don’t look forward to your home inside Noctis?
People who are into technology and the future also tend to enjoy space stuff?

I think it might be a better fit for !astronomy@mander.xyz or !space@lemmy.world.
Just my opinion though, and others may differ.
