Been doing a 4-day work week for 2 years now. It’s just so much better and I can’t go back to how things used to be. If I get laid off like everyone in my field seems to be right now, I’ll probably have to retire.
Been working to get the job done for 8 years now. Some weeks I am working 7 days a week 10 hours days. Others I wake up and think, there is nothing urgent for me to do today so I stay home.
If I averaged it all out, I am probably working 6 hours per day, 4 days per week. What’s ironic is people are always amazed at how much I get done. Here’s a hint: Working when your brain and body is rested allows you to do things quickly and correctly the first time.

So have I but 10h days. I would be just as productive working 7 or 8 hours x 4 days. Maybe it’s just me idk.
